He is the Co-Founder and Vice President of Learning and Development, Educators, UK. More than 40 years of practical experience as a Chief HR Officer in many international companies, and a university lecturer in business and management schools.

Member of the Advisory Board of the Harvard Business Review, Adjunct Professor, Middle East Programs, Victoria University, Switzerland, Adjunct Professor of Human Resources Management and Strategy, Paris School of Management, Professor of Human Resources and Member of the Board of Directors of the International University of Science and Technology, Latvia.
He was ranked globally in 2014 by England among the twenty most influential people globally in human resources practices, and in 2023 and 2024 by the United States of America among the fifty thinkers globally in human resources.
Also, he received more than 15 international awards and accolades from many Arab and foreign countries, and was the first Egyptian Arab to receive the American Stevie Award in 2006. He has fellowships in many academic organizations in addition to being an international speaker at conferences and summits in the Arab, Foreign and Asian countries.
